Bright Vision Hospital is a 302 bed community hospital supported by the Ministry of Health. We are a fully integrated hospital offering holistic and quality care, especially to the needy, the sick, and the elderly, regardless of race or religion. The hospital receives referrals from tertiary hospitals, with the top 3 referring hospitals being the Singapore General Hospital, Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Changi General Hospital.

In being a sanctuary of care for individuals in need of medical help, we act to
a) provide continuity of healthcare for the community,
b) provide a comprehensive range of services for the holistic care of patients and their families, and
c) serve as a training and education centre for professionals and the public in community care for the elderly and infirmed.

Our dedicated teams of doctors and nurses provide medical care with the aim of optimising our patient’s functional status for discharge home.

Inpatient Rehabilitation - Our patients are treated to regain independence in their daily activities under our comprehensive in-patient rehabilitation programme. This programme focuses on patients who require an extended period of rehabilitation to restore and improve physical function and delay functional deterioration. Through careful and in-depth assessments, we formulate individualised rehabilitative routines/exercises which are tailored to suit each patient’s unique needs. Our trained therapists evaluate, treat, monitor and educate patients with care and dedication.

Inpatient Palliative Care - BVH’s Palliative Care service provides in-depth assessment and management of patients with advanced terminal illnesses. We are supported by a team of trained therapists and caregivers, who are trained and devoted to providing relief and counseling to patients and their families.

Inpatient Sub-Acute Care - We provide continued specialised treatment to prepare patients for discharge. For patients who can no longer stay in an acute care facility and yet not completely well, BVH’s sub-acute care programme helps by optimising their medical health before they return home.

Inpatient Long-Term Care - BVH’s long-term care consists of two main programmes: Chronic Sick and Nursing Home Care which provide medical and nursing care for the elderly and chronic sick.

Outpatient Rehabilitation - The Day Rehabilitation Centre caters to patients who have had strokes, fractures or medical conditions which require an extended period of outpatient rehabilitation to restore and improve their physical function.
