INPATIENT SERVICES

  • Admission to BVH is by doctor's referral.
  • Appointment for admission is made by prior arrangement with BVH.

OUTPATIENT & HOME CARE SERVICES

  • Registration is by appointment.
  • Pre-registration by mail or fax for specific education programmes is welcomed.


DOCUMENTS TO BRING

  • Identity card or permanent resident document / passport.
  • Medical reports.
  • Laboratory / X-ray results.
  • Any other medical health reports available.
  • Referral letter


DEPOSIT

  • On admission, a deposit is required.
  • The amount of deposit varies with the type of services required.


CANCELLATION

  • Please notify the Business Office of any cancellation prior to your admission.

OFFICE OPERATING HOURS

Monday to Friday  8.30am to 6.00pm

Please note that our office is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

VISITING HOURS

Daily (Monday to Sunday)  10.00am to 9.00pm
