Calligrapher Mr Tan Chye Thiam, Secretary of Singa City Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Society was at Bright Vision Hospital (BVH) to give a live Chinese Calligraphy demonstration on Friday, 13 January 2012.

Mr Tan’s outstanding calligraphy skills stunned his audiences as many BVH’s staff and patients surrounded him during the demonstration.  Many of them were so attracted to his works and requested him to write Chinese New Year greetings for the festive season.  Mr Tan also translated names of some non-chinese staff into Chinese calligraphy, spreading and sharing the CNY joy with them. 

There is a Chinese Calligraphy exhibition at the reception area of Bright Vision Hospital till end of January.  All are welcome to visit.
